Copy and Paste Pages

Copy and Paste pages are where you will find the wording to everything regarding your clients vacations. From quotes to final emails and more! Please read below to learn more about them, rules using them, and how to gain access to them.

- You may only have access to the suppliers you are approved to sell.

- You must use your agency email to sign up to view them. Any other name we will removed and/or blocked.

- The pages may never be shared, copied, or even the concept of them shared at any time with anyone.

- New emails are sent when your clients first book.

- Final emails are sent 30-60 days before your client travels.

- These emails are part of our 5 star customer service and are required.

- New emails are sent when you clients first book (with money down) within 1-3 business days. NEVER send planning emails to anyone who has not put money down.

- When booking Disney please only start with park reservations. Once the client replies and park reservations are made THEN send the rest of the planning emails. We do this to force them to pick park days. You never want to forget park reservations and then have a client ready to travel and have zero parks to attend! This helps prevent that, and it also helps push clients who are reluctant to pick park days as well.

- Some clients book last minute, in that case you want to send them what is most important to get back such as transportation, dining, and park reservations within 12-24 hours. Once that is done then you want send the rest and do not forget to include FINAL emails as well if they are traveling within30-60 days.

- Final emails are sent to everyone on your calendar for the following month. Always try to send final emails before the 15th of the month.

- Be sure to download the attachments from the Google Doc file to your computer and attached the correct ones with the copy and paste wording.

- Click on the page to request access... IF you do not have access within 3 business days please email corporate at vacations@crazyaboutvacations.com with "access needed for copy and paste page". Please review the rules above before emailing to ensure you are not being deined due to not meeting a requirement.
