Supplies for Office Function
Some affordable office supply suggestions for office function. Please note that you purchase based on where you are in your career, meaning you most likely do not need a big office desk until you know this is your lifetime career, or a tank printer, or anything else as you are just getting started. These are things to work toward that will save you money once you starting making good money.
Desk - You can get some pretty affordable desks at: www.afw.com
Tank Printer - Travel agents print A TON... a tank printer will save you so much money. We
recommend Epson or HP via Amazon or office supply store.
Lap Desk - a great lap desk with arms is super helpful for agents who will office from the couch

Desk Organizer - The one we are going to link from Amazon is great for holding index cards and

Monitor Stand - travel agents spend hours at their desks, a monitor stand is great for elevating
your monitor AND providing extra storage on your desk.
Very Good Light - you will work nights and a good light is very helpful.
A good computer mouse and keyboard - for the hours you will be using them.
Printer paper - best place to get this is Walmart.
Post Its - again the best place is Walmart in the school supplier section.
Fingertip Moistener - this stuff is great when you just wash your hands and have to touch
paperwork right away. Also great for dry fingertips.
Large Calculator - a large calculator with very visable numbers and larger keys helps you avoid
mistakes when you are tired.
