What if I wish to sell a supplier that is not listed under our suppliers?
On our contact us form below please fill out a "wish to sell". Please note that many suppliers take weeks and sometimes even MONTHS to set an account... we will email you as soon as the account is ready. Please do not sent reminder emails... we have zero control over how long they take to set up the account.
If you wish to book something asap for a client and the supplier is taking longer than you wish please know that we cannot force them to set up the account. Best we can offer is book your clients booking and then transfer the booking over to yourself once the account is set up. Please notify your clients and us via the contact form below that you have done this option so we can assist if possible. Know that the risk in doing this is the supplier taking too long and the booking not being transferable once the account is set up.

I signed up for a supplier per "Suppliers" page and they have yet to set up my account.
We do not control other companies. Our best advice is to call the supplier or find alternative measures while you wait.

Do we offer the supplier insurance or Travel Guard?

I don't know how to do something and training is not provided.
Our agency has one of the largest collections of training modules in the world but we cannot train you on everything sadly... there would just be too much! If a training module is not provided please let us know via our Contact Us form below BUT please know we may or may not add that to our training catalog and if we do it will not be in the immediate future. So what do to in the meantime?
Google, You Tube, and asking other agents is a great way to learn. Beyond our own agency about 99% of other agencies provide little to no training at all to their new agents and they can only learn by the same methods listed above.
Even seasoned agents follow You Tubers and beyond to learn current information and stay abreast of the newest policies/events.
Final Folders before they travel
We provide suggestions for final folders but those are just suggestions... you do what you feel is best. Some agents just sent a thank you gift card, some sent chocolates to the clients room, others sent gifts prior to traveling, and some send both folders and gifts. It it totally up to you! Ask the social page if you like and we can tell you that our biggest booking agents provide folders and gifts but they didn't start that until they could afford it off the bookings they were booking.
How do I know what to give a new client when it comes to information?
The best way to ready your client is to act like YOU are the one going on the vacation! What do you need to pack, what do you need to travel, what do you need to fly, what documents are required, what country and other taxes and fees will you be charged at the airport or port? How are you getting to the location, how are you getting back to the airport, do you need insurance, what medical products will you need such as mosquito spray or sick sickness patch? Do you need a vaccine or a COVID test? What is needed from leaving the house to returning back to the house?
Remember many countries including Mexico require entry documentation and even charge tourist taxes. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY YOUR CLIENT OF THESE THINGS.
How do I quote a supplier that doesn't have a copy and paste page?
The best we can recommend is to use the wording from one of the copy and paste pages that is a close relation. Is is is a cruise line then use one of the cruise lines copy and paste quote options and just change the wording to fit the cruise line you are quoting. Not sure what to ask, go to the suppliers page and research a fake quote request and see what questions it asks.
Where can I find our logo to use in my advertisements?
Go to our agent only Facebook page and at the top of the page click the little search magnifying icon. Then type "logo" in the search bar that pops up from selecting the icon.
I have a questions for the social page, is there any rules before I ask?
Yes! First rule is make sure your questions does not qualify as a corporate question which all topics are listed below in the Contact Us form.
Secondly see if someone else asked before you ask! Go to our agent only Facebook page and at the top of the page click the little search magnifying icon. Then type your question or the topic in the search bar that pops up from selecting the icon. Your question may have already been asked and answered! If so many of the seasoned agents would greatly appreciate not having to answer the same question again :)
