All agents must have approval by agency in regards to what they sell. If you are unsure of what you have been approved us please refer to your email "Your Approved Suppliers". Please only train on the suppliers are you are approved to train sell.

ALL SUPPLIERS PROFESSIONALISM
Our industry is a very professional industry, we are asking people to entrust us with thousands and thousands of their hard-earned dollars. Not only that but we as a company pride ourselves on being professionals along with 5-star customer service. With all that being said, we require all agents to act in a professional manner at all times when corresponding with clients, corporate office, and fellow agents in all forms from social page posts to phone calls and beyond. When you reply to emails, text messages, social page responses, please ALWAYS remember the following: - Use spell check. - Proofread and then proofread again. - NEVER use acronyms/abbreviations/slang such as “k”, “ur”, “bcause”, “cuz”, “gurl”, “IDK”, “LMK” and anything else including industry acronyms that we communicate with between agents with the exception of “ok”. - Use periods and commas where needed and appropriate in ALL correspondence. - Use capital letters when starting sentences, when typing names such as states, addresses and all other applicable areas. - Sign emails with your name and preferably email signature. - Never curse or yell at a client, even if they do it. If they do please politely let them go and contact corporate office to assist. - Never “hey girl hey” and other informal salutations unless the client speaks to you in that manner first. Follow their lead. A simple “Hi Jane!” is great. - Avoid using “obviously” or “does that make sense”. They come across as condescending. - Always always always ensure you are sending the email to the correct sender when forwarding, and replying. - Never post anything that makes any of the suppliers we work for look bad. Such as snow white dressed in provocative clothing, or Pooh doing drugs. - Never bad mouth a vacation supplier we sell for, even if they have upset you! Let corporate know so that we can handle it for you. - Never advertise what we do not sell - If you are upset with someone with the agency or upset about something you never go to social media or the agent page(s) online… please always allow corporate to intervene and handle for you. You are very important to us and we are here to assist you. - If you feel that the above guidelines are going to be too difficult to follow, we suggest purchasing Grammarly or contacting the corporate office for details on how to proceed with withdrawing from the agency. - Never talk badly about a client to anyone and especially to other clients!

#2 CRM – TESS FOR GETTING PAID AND CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
TESS is where you enter all of your bookings and how we pay you. You will get an email shortly from Travel Solutions/TESS. This is the system we use to log in our bookings and get paid! In order to to get paid you must have an account. This costs $12.00 monthly if you sell only Disney, Universal and Cruise Lines - $25.00 monthly if you sell ROTW (rest of the world travel)

Attached you will find a PDF that goes over how to keep track of all of your bookings. While it may seem a bit overkill at this point in your career, trust me… as you book more and more you will need some form of organization to assist you. Some prefer online calendars which are great as long as they never experience down time, while others like me use both. The last week of each month I take the Pay in Fulls, Dining and other very important dates and move them to my phones calendar with alarms set up to ensure I never miss anything.

Viator is top when it comes to booking your clients excursions around the world. Please click the attached PDF to learn how to book with Viator once your account is set up. If you have been approved to sell ROTW, Cruises, or/and UST you will get an email from Viator once corporate sets your account up. #18 SELLING TRAVEL GUARD TRIP INSURANCE
Travel Guard is a great vacation insurance provider and pays great commissions too. We even use them for our own vacations. In order to earn commissions and purchase the insurance plans, you must register with a user name and password. Please call ezTIPS technicians at 866-729-5215 and be sure to refer to Crazy About Vacations agency id number 00040551. Please view the attached form that you can use to send to your clients when you quote them :) Travel Guard insurance is better than most suppliers offered insurance with the exception of providers who offer Cancel For Any Reason insurance. Those providers to name a few are Carnival, Universal, and Disney Parks.

#19 BOOKING ROTW AND UST (Rest of the World and US Travel)
If you have been approved to sell ROTW and UST you will get an email from corporate with your VAX sign on information. If you do not get that email withing 3 days please email us at vacations@crazyaboutvacations.com and request it. VAX is a great way to quote and book resorts and even private residences and condos around the world for our clients. Please read the above PDF’s to learn more about VAX and please play around with it and get very familiar because 80% of the time you will use VAX for your quotes/bookings for ROTW travel. Please view the attached PDF’s in this order: Using Vax – this will walk you through using VAX along with tips and tricks, and easy to follow short video clips. Making a Hotel Work Up Sheet – this will walk you through making professional hotel fact sheets for your clients. #21 OFFICE ETIQUETTE
We know you know all about office etiquette but just a reminder for some who may appreciate a reminder: 1. Please do not email bomb corporate office. We get about 400+ emails a day and sending us multiple emails in a 12 hour or less period regarding the same subject or follow up does not assist us in helping agents/clients who reached out prior to your email or are suffering vacation emergencies. We assure you that your email is important and we will respond as soon as possible. That being said, if you do not hear from us within 48 hours please go ahead and send a follow up email. 2. Never talk down to anyone within the agency. If there is a problem please come to corporate so we can assist. Contact us via our form on our agent only website. 3. Remember time zones. If we schedule a meeting, zoom meeting and such please know the time will Central Time. 4. When in a zoom meeting please utilize the MUTE button when you are not corresponding. 5. Avoid gossip and rumors. 6. Emails chains are sometimes unavoidable, in the case we have to send one please do NOT "reply all". 7. Don't be afraid to ask! The agent only social page is there for you to ask anything! 8. Don't forget that even at FAM's and work socials you are still at work. Please do not get drunk, and please dress professional unless specified otherwise. 9. Is there something you would like to see at our agency, is there something we can do to make you happier? The reason is due to some topics being handled by certain departments and the website was created to send your issue to the correct department.
